After a cat has lived on the street for many years, he wandered over someone’s patio.

Last summer, a large, missing eye-scratched Tom Cat was spotted roaming the neighbour, but every time a neighbor tried to help, he disappeared without a trace.

They didn’t see him in the winter and feared he wouldn’t survive. “When winter was over, he showed up on my neighbor’s patio to surprise everyone.

“All the stars were all there for him that day.”

Hungry, the cat walked straight into the trap and devoured food as the door closed behind him. After months of worry, the neighbor finally managed to sigh Ah Relief, knowing that he was safe. “This cat with a huge cheek was named Magnus.”

“Thanks to the rescuers, he finally got the care he desperately needed.”

At the age of eight, he underwent surgery to deal with missing eyes and began a healing journey with the comfort of a foster parent. After spending much of his life in the streets, it was no surprise that he tested positive for FIV. (FIV+ cats can live a long, healthy life with proper care.)

At first, he was protected by Ti disease and not yet ready to trust humans, but with patience and love, he began to change.

The foster parents have prepared quiet and cozy corners where Magnus can relax and decompress. Once he settled, they tried to pet him with a spatula. Even though he bowed his head and avoided eye contact, it was clear that he had no average bones in his body.

“I could see the gentle side he’s hiding inside.”

“We started with aggressive reinforcement using treats.”

Gradually, his walls began to fall apart, and he revealed his gentle, sweet nature, as his foster parents pet him with their own hands. After years of placing a tough front to survive the dangerous streets, Magnus could finally become himself.

Within a few weeks, Magnus gathered the courage to explore the house and ran towards his foster parents for a loving scuch. Every day brought new advances as he unveiled more of his loving personality.

“He is very curious and observant, and loves other cats. From the moment he arrived, he could say he wanted to be their friend.”

He is still amazed at the sudden movements and loud noises, but he really comes out of his shell and drinks in every affection he receives. “When we give him big cheeks and return a good wound, he loves it. He arches his back towards us every time he feels like doing extra friction.”

“Magnus loves his food. His heartfelt appetite helped him build trust with us.” He quickly catches up to his mealtime routine, always showing up first.

He is engrossed with other cats and fills the house with cheerful chirps as he runs around with them. “He even tries to rub his head against them in a undulating way. He wants to be friends with everyone.”

“Magnus may make a strong first impression with his sturdy build and one missing eye. He moves around and looks like a raccoon, but after spending a few minutes with him you’ll find him a perfect teddy bear.”

“Magnus is a cat still learning to live with humans and he progresses every day. He is fortunate to be saved from the wild.

Recently, he has been sitting by the window, eagerly looking to his neighbors and creatures outside, enjoying the comfort of his foster parents.
