The Arcadia Cat Show this weekend was a lot of fun.
The shows are like a second home to me – I grew up going to shows and even though I’m not competing anymore, I still love the energy.
At the show we were told we could bring some items for sale so my owner brought some cards, books and magnets that he had on hand. The magnets were popular and we sold a few!
I usually bring a selection of outfits, but I don’t usually wear a lot. But for this show, I actually dressed up a lot, but I also made sure to keep it simple. Everyone loved this flower wreath that I was wearing, so when my owners wanted me to dress up a little bit, I just threw it on and they were always excited.
My red beret and scarf were also well received!
Of course I wore a dress! I’m so glad I brought it. It’s gorgeous and comfortable.
And of course I had to wear this dress, just to show it off! It was a huge hit. I think the beret, scarf, dress and flower crown were the most popular outfits I wore in the show.
Of course, I took breaks when I needed to, but I met so many people, some who had just heard of me for the first time and some friends I’d met on social media, some of whom had seen me at other shows, and some who were seeing me in person for the first time.
In the end, he was completely exhausted at the end! So the owner let him sleep for most of the last hour. It was a great show and we enjoyed it very much!
