They found a kitten in the engine compartment and placed it with an orange cat companion, followed by the cutest cat.

About a month ago, animal rescue organization Tails High adopted five orange tabby dogs that were born outdoors. They were skinny and needed some TLC.
Foster volunteer Penny Richards welcomed them and got to work right away. “Some of the kittens had their eyes closed. They were much smaller than a typical five-week-old kitten and the girls in particular were very bony,” Penny told Love Meow.
“Thankfully, everyone was such a big eater, and within a few days it was already starting to fill up.”

With careful care and treatment, their eyes became clear and their bodies healed. “Everyone was a little shy the first night, but by morning they were ready to cuddle.”
The orange kittens, named after the game console, immediately came out of their shells at the sound of footsteps.

One by one, they ventured out of their comfortable nests and explored their surroundings. Their personalities came out and their orange spirits came alive and screamed.
“Vectrex immediately stood out as a very sweet and gentle boy who just wanted to be held. Atari (who was the sickest on arrival) first showed her fun personality by jumping up and down, and then quickly Everyone followed suit.”

“They’re a playful group, but they’re very gentle kittens with very kind souls.”
Meanwhile, Penny receives a call that a kitten was found in the engine compartment of her car. The kitten was adopted as a lonely orphan and desperately needed a new friend.

Subaru, named after the car he was found in, arrived at Penny’s house full of energy, a love of attention, and a very squeaky meow.
“He loves running around all over the place and jumping on everything when he’s playing. He’s a little younger (than the console kittens), but the extra fluff makes Subaru just like his friends. It’s big.”

The orange crew spent the day eating, playing, and sitting on their adoptive mother’s lap while Subaru waited patiently in the next room.
After about 10 days of health checks, Subaru was ready to meet his feline crew.

He was cuddled by the orange tabbies, feeling at ease in their furry midst, and fit in so well, as if he had always been part of their kitty.
“The Console kittens immediately accepted him as their new sibling and Nintendo followed him everywhere. Nintendo is a kind boy who loves making new friends. Little Subaru was very happy to have a new family. .”
They immediately welcomed Subaru into their group.Penny @fosterkittenhq
“They love to jump on each other and wrestle with each other, and they love nothing more than to pile into my lap together while purring and napping. Where’s the name from? Just like the consoles they’ve become, these kittens will provide hours of fun and games.
Subaru is very happy to have five new siblings to keep him busy. He is constantly in motion, running and rolling until he is completely exhausted.

“When I walk into their room, they always purr. All six of these kittens (especially Ginger) are huge cuddle cats and jump on my lap as soon as I sit down.”

Subaru found his place in the crowd. When other kittens are around, he feels a sense of belonging and joy he’s never felt before.
He is a little dynamo who zooms around, jumps on others, and climbs anything he can, especially his foster mother’s feet. “Good thing he’s such a kind kid even under all his antics.”
