material:
- 1 cup of plain Non-fat yogurt
- 1 (15 oz) can of pumpkin puree (not a pumpkin pie mix)
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 ripe banana
direction:
- Add banana and pumpkin puree to you Blender Or mix in a food processor and until it’s wonderfully smooth.
- If you don’t have a blender, you can mix it by hand using a fork, especially if you’re using a nice ripe banana.
- Combine yogurt and mashed banana/pumpkin mix with a Big bowl.
- Add the honey and stir until all ingredients are combined thoroughly.
- Spoon the mixture Silicone candy mold
Or an ice cube tray.
- Freeze overnight (or a few hours if you’re making it a day earlier).
- Pop out of the mold and enjoy on a hot day!
If you’re not a banana fan (my mother is allergic to them), you can trade bananas with other people Dog-friendly fruit. Some of the mashed and mixed include melons, blueberries and kiwi.
They may not be as nice as a banana, but they still work.
