Santa arrived early on the morning of Friday, December 20th, as HES rescue dogs picked out their Christmas presents.
During the toy selection session, each rescue dog let their individual personalities shine.
“Some people took their time and carefully selected the perfect one, while others just wanted to dive in headfirst and play with everyone.” HES writes: facebook post.
The animal shelter said each dog took the chosen gift back to their kennel and immediately started playing and cuddling with it.
HES writes, “We’re so excited to be able to provide a Christmas surprise for the pets at our shelter! Thank you to everyone who donated toys for this special occasion!”
In the video, Christmas toys can be seen lined up in two rows on the floor. Afterwards, the rescue dogs excitedly came one by one, sniffed the toys and chose the one they liked.
After the dogs found the toy of their Christmas dreams, their tails were certainly wagging.
