A kind person found a kitten in the garden. Although small, he was already a fearless “warrior.”

Last month, a woman spotted a community cat running across her backyard with a kitten. Then, to my surprise, I noticed that a kitten had been left behind.
The woman waited overnight while watching over the kittens, hoping that the mother cat would come back to find her lost kittens. Despite efforts to look for her mother, she never appeared again.
Knowing it was time to intervene, she turned to a local rescue organization, Murphy’s Raw Animal Rescue, for help.

Despite his small size, the cougar kitten was very vocal and had the heart of a big cat.
“We immediately had a good feeling about his odds as he was in pretty good shape and headed for the bottle right away,” rescue founder Sarah Kelly told Love Meow .

The cougar quickly got used to being bottle fed 24 hours a day. Being wrapped in a warm towel before each meal made him feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Due to his voracious appetite, he began to gain weight and strength.
Once his legs were strong enough, he pushed himself up and tried to stand up. Once he found his balance, he began to move.

Although a little unsteady, the cougar decided to explore, taking one cautious step at a time, using its pointy tail to steady itself. Encouraged by his adoptive mother’s voice, he waddled toward her, squeaking and trilling.
“He always has a very upbeat personality and is a very loving person.”

As his ears widened, his hearing became sharper and his curiosity aroused. Although she enjoyed many different types of cat beds, she was thrilled with the human bed, waddling across the bed with her little paws sinking into the soft fabric.
After each adventure, he would curl into his cozy blanket and doze off a little.

“He is very sociable and loves the native cats and Great Danes. He is very small, but runs confidently around the house as if he owns it. He is a very happy child.”
By feeding multiple times a day, cougars grow adorable round bellies that they love to show off.

“Cougars are waddling through kittenhood and are excited to get the hang of walking, jumping and playing.”
In just a few weeks, he has reached several milestones, including mastering the use of the toilet, playing with toys, and trying solid food from his plate for the first time. He even perfected the “kitten look” to get what he wanted.

Whenever his adoptive mother comes in, he runs up to her and greets her by meowing.
Now that he’s on his feet, he’s fine-tuning his running, jumping, and climbing skills, preparing himself to become a merry troublemaker. He keeps up with his older cat and friendly canine companions and tries to look twice his size while playing.

Despite being left behind, Cougar always had a strong will to live, like a fearless little warrior. Now he runs around the house and attracts attention as if he is in charge.
