Yes, I said yesterday that I felt lucky to be a therapy cat. That’s just one of the many things I’m grateful for this Thanksgiving. I have to say that my list is pretty unique for a kitten.
- I’m grateful to be able to go on an adventure!
Most cats stay at home all the time, leaving the house only to go to the vet or when their humans move them somewhere new. You can go on an adventure several times a month! And sometimes we go on adventures outside of town. I’ve been to 10 states and one state so far. And I know humans have more planned for me in 2025. - Thank you for your rich wardrobe!
Most cats don’t like wearing clothes, but I really like it. Because of this, my human can’t help but buy interesting clothes for me. For me, getting dressed is a fun part of life and I really look forward to it. You should hear me purr as my human pulls out the dress for me. - I also appreciate the photos and video sessions!
I’m more excited about this than the clothes! I was born to be in front of the camera. Additionally, my sessions are a big part of the time me and my humans spend together. I have become such good friends with them that when I do paid shoots, the photographer always compliments me on how professional I am. - I am grateful to all my friends, including those I have met so far.
I’ve never met a stranger, I mean that literally. I’m always happy to meet new people. That comes through therapy cat visits and personal appearances. My person understands how friendly I am, so I’m always looking for new opportunities to meet people. - I’m grateful for my human boyfriend!
Other than my human and social media followers and breeders, he is my biggest fan! That would put him around 521,673rd on the list, which may not be a very good indicator. But he really thinks I’m great and always comes up with crazy ideas for videos for me. So far, my humans have only featured him in about three of them. - Thank you peach kitten!
The fact that a stray cat decided to hang out with me never ceases to amaze me as a person. But considering how humans would react when they saw me, I kind of took it in my stride. - Buy it!
The snacks are the best ever. They may be there with adventures and friends. - And I appreciate humans!
She said I didn’t need to mention her, but I thought I should anyway.
I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving, eating lots of delicious food, and spending time with people who are meaningful to you (even if it’s just yourself). Sometimes it’s hard to be grateful, but if that’s a problem for you this year, at least be kind to yourself and others who need it.
