They waited over a year to get a cat and then decided to get a kitten and it was the best decision.

Wally the cat came to the Community Cat Club last year looking for a chance at a better life, and despite everything he’d been through, he remained extremely friendly and sought attention from everyone he met.
“He’s very affectionate and loves kisses. He’s playful like a kitten and very sweet,” the Community Cat Club said. “When he gets tired of playing, he loves to be snuggled up and just wants to sit by you and relax.”
“They say ‘dogs are man’s best friend’ but Wally is here to prove them wrong.”

Wally approached people with a winsome expression and was always ready to have fun. He played hard, but cuddled even harder.
He treasured all his toys and made sure no one was left behind under his watch. At the adoption center, he would happily greet visitors through his kennel, hoping someone would pick him up and take him home.

Days turned to weeks, and weeks turned to months. Wally ended up spending over a year in the shelter. He changed homes a few times, but he never let that stop him. His eyes lit up when he saw people, and he wanted to be loved.
A wonderful family came across Wally by chance and fell in love with this sweet little boy. After hearing his story, they knew they had found the perfect match.

As soon as we moved into our new home, Wally knew he belonged. It didn’t take long for him to secure his favorite spot on the bed and start taking naps.
Wally was overjoyed to have a comfortable home and loving humans, and followed them everywhere. His playful, kitten-like energy and love for affection led the family to decide they wanted Wally a feline companion.

They reached out to rescue efforts and came across a kitten named Eddie.
Eddie was inquisitive and always looking for new adventures. Like Wally, Eddie was energetic and loving, and got along with everyone, even cats and dogs. His gentle nature and boundless energy captured the attention of his family.

When they met Eddie, they were immediately captivated by his easy-going personality and passion for life, and soon Eddie was on his way to his new home, where a sweet, loving cat was waiting for him.
Wally quickly took the new boy, Winston, under his wing, teaching him how to do his job and cuddling him.

Winston became Wally’s little shadow and eagerly joined him on all his adventures, and the kitten stuck close to him, playing pranks on him like partners in crime.
“They’re always playing and snuggling together. They love sitting in the window and playing chase,” the foster mom said.

Winston loves to curl up next to Wally, soaking up the sunlight and watching the day go by. Although there are many beds in the house, they are always alike and share everything next to each other.
“Having them there is truly the best part of my day.”

Wally is a kind-hearted boy, and after waiting for over a year, he finally found his dream home, a home that he will never want to be without.
