A woman who fostered dogs and cats shares how her adopted kitten changed the life of an orphaned furry friend. “The saddest dog” For a playful and happy dog.
Claudia Papp, known as “Houston Foster Dog Mom” on her social media accounts, shares the story of her rescue dog, Chapo, and how fostering kittens improved his life.
Pap tells Chapo’s origins and his story “Kitten Medicine” series of TikTok The videos she started uploading in September are Pooch’s Gotcha Day Anniversary.
Life wasn’t so good for Chapo before he met Pap. The dog was kept on a chain for four years until animal control found it.
Pap shares S.W.N.S. Chapo was left chained in the garden for so long that he developed skin infections, intestinal parasites, and a broken tooth from biting the chain.
After Chapo was rescued, he was sent to a killing facility. After seeing a video of Chapo looking sad, Papp immediately decided to adopt him, giving him a second chance at life and a loving forever home. Ta.

She then noticed that the dog liked being with Pap’s cat.

“I said yes to fostering a sick kitten and asked Chapo to help care for it.” she explains. “And I realized that Chapo was coming out of his shell because of her. So I continued to foster kittens for Chapo and for him.”
Pap fostered a total of six kittens for Chapo. “It was an unexpected drug.” she said.
“Chapo will never know how much those kittens have done for him, but he is very grateful.” she wrote on a piece of paper Tiktok video captioncurrently has over 2 million likes.
pap also share Chapo is her 48th rescue dog. “And he’s the only foster parent I’ve ever adopted for myself.” she reveals.
She explains why even though she has fostered many cute dogs and cats, Chapo was the only one she decided to officially adopt.
“I’ve fostered a lot of animals and I’ve seen a lot of trauma in these animals, but there’s something about this dog… he’s just magical and I love him. I couldn’t let it go.”
Today, Chapo “We have officially made up for lost time.”. He now lives a safe and happy life with Pup and is free to run around his own backyard, spend time with his friends (foster kittens), and be loved by Pup. Fuman every day.
