On her way to the bus, the woman stopped when she noticed three kittens and a cat looking for help near a bakery.

As Ash was walking to the bus to go grocery shopping, he came across three kittens rolling around their mother outside a bakery.
A cat stretched out on the sunlit leaves of a tree, while kittens rolled around and played nearby. “After speaking with the (bakery) employees, we found out that they showed up at some point that afternoon. Someone must have abandoned them,” Ash told Love Meow.
“Mom was very calm and friendly (but protective) and just relaxing in the sun with her babies.”

Seeing the cat’s family in need, Ash contacted a local cat rescue group, Whiskers a Go-Go, and offered to foster the cat. Little did she know, one of the kittens was already wriggling into her heart.
“With the help of bakery employees, we scooped them up and carried them to safety,” said Eva from Whiskers A Go-Go.

The trio (Strudel, Buffy, and Grimm) quickly settled into a foster home, although their mother Ophelia remained cautious at first after the ordeal.
By the evening, she began to relax and get used to her new foster home. “Mom’s love for the kittens was incredible. She was incredibly protective of them and especially took great care of poor injured baby Strudel,” Ash added.

Strudel had an injured and broken back leg, but Ash poured love and hugs into the little tuxedo, carefully caring for it and keeping it clean and comfortable. Although Strudel was the smallest of the litter, he was strong and brave.
The kittens arrived with colds, but thanks to nutritious food and plenty of TLC, their eyes quickly regained their clear, bright glow.

Ophelia was an exceptional mother to the trio, always attentive and attentive to their needs.
She loved all her kittens, but gave Strudel special care and love. As the kittens became more playful and curious, the mother kept a constant vigil on her kittens, making sure they didn’t wander too far.

A family of cats curled up in a cuddle puddle and enjoyed a nap in their cozy home. While the kittens playfully wrestled with each other, Ophelia gently groomed them from head to toe, lulling them to sleep.
Strudel remained kind-hearted throughout his recovery, always hugging Ash for comfort whenever he cared for him. “From the first night we had her, we really fell in love.”

Although Strudel is small, it has overcome a lot. What started as a foot injury turned into a real battle for recovery. In the end, she ended up needing more help than she expected.
Rescue veterinarian Lisa learned of Strudel’s situation and provided special care to the little tuxedo. “She’s healing and looking much better. The wound looks clean and healthy and is starting to scab.”

“Buffy and Grimm look like matching cinnamon buns. Grimm with his dark coat and Buffy with his matted toes and belly make a perfect pair. We know we will be very lucky.”
These two fluffy tabbies share a bond and are so adorable that they bring warmth to any room.

When Ophelia was ready to move on to her next chapter, her family, captivated by her kind and friendly personality, welcomed her into their loving home.
